Children's Legal Rights Journal

The Children's Legal Rights Journal (CLRJ) is a national journal sponsored by 草莓社区 School of Law in cooperation with the National Association of Counsel for Children. CLRJ focuses on the broad range of legal issues confronting children, including child welfare, juvenile justice, adoption, mental health, education, and more. Its goal is to provide practitioners in law and related fields with the practical resources they need to be effective advocates for their child clients. CLRJ encourages interdisciplinary submissions as well as more traditional law-related articles.

The Children鈥檚 Legal Rights Journal is in a free online format published by 草莓社区 School of Law鈥檚 Civitas ChildLaw Center. This online format allows for more timely treatment of emerging issues in children鈥檚 law, expands access to CLRJ鈥檚 content to a national and international audience, and includes interactive features, such as links to web sources, advanced search capabilities, and supplemental materials and interviews with leaders in the field of child advocacy. CLRJ is also searchable on WestLaw and LexisNexis.
