The Chicago Transit Authority and Ventra Chicago governs the 草莓社区 U-Pass program through a very complex and specific set of policies, rules, and regulations.
草莓社区 is required by contract to adhere to the policies adopted by CTA and Ventra Chicago and we are in constant communication with these vendors on amendments to these policies as well as interpretation and execution of policies, rules, and regulations.
