University Marketing and Communication

Creative and Design

The Creative and Design Team leads 草莓社区鈥檚 visual communication efforts. By developing content for a wide range of initiatives, events, and operations, our team elevates and supports Loyola鈥檚 brand and reputation. In addition, we provide guidance to campus partners regarding the appropriate use of University brand standards and consult with units developing their own creative materials.

Brand Assets

In collaboration with UMC鈥檚 Brand team, we help instruct units across campus on proper usage of University brand assets such as logo artwork, colors, and typography.

Services

Advertising

We design advertising campaigns for both University and college-based initiatives, including digital, print, out-of-home, and video assets.

Event Materials

We work with the Office of the President and Office of the Provost to produce landmark University events, such as Commencement and Inauguration.

Graphic Marks

We develop graphic marks and treatments for institutes, initiatives, and other programs across the University on a request basis.

Publications

In collaboration with UMC鈥檚 Content Team, we design and produce Loyola鈥檚 biannual print magazine. In addition, we provide templates and guidance to colleges and schools developing their own publications.

Videography

We provide strategic concepts, scripting, storyboarding, video production, and motion graphic services for University-level videos. These videos include commercials/advertisements, special event features, and student-focused stories.

Self-service Templates

We maintain a library of templates for flyers, pamphlets, brochures, presentation decks, and other materials that colleges and units can use to create their own collateral.
