| * "Decisions sent out" indicates the day that organizations will receive access to funding. Events submitted through SPOT must be scheduled AT LEAST one month after this date, to ensure that organizations have enough time to submit their purchase requests after funding is received. | |
| ** Rolling Funds Cycles open every other Friday ay 9am and are due the following Wednesday at 5pm on LUCommunity from Friday, September 25th to Wednesday, October 28th. Decisions are shared via LUCommunity on Thursday after the request closes. Events requested through Rolling Funds should occur at least four weeks after the Thursday that decisions are made. | |
| ^ Appeals will be reviewed by the Student Government of Loyola Chicago Speaker of the Senate and Center for Student Engagement foreligibility. Upon review, valid appeals will be scheduled for the next available Senate. | |
