IT and Facilities Assistant
Luca Marongiu is the IT and Facilities Assistant at the John Felice Rome Center, where he supports technology services, infrastructure, and facility operations. He also assists in website development. He is currently completing his degree in Computer Engineering and Automation at Sapienza University of Rome. He has experience in providing technical support for hardware and software systems, managing computer and network infrastructure, assisting with website development and maintenance, and troubleshooting technology-related issues across campus. In addition, he has training in artificial intelligence applications within the IT field and solid knowledge of electrical systems and facility-related technical operations. He works closely with students, faculty, and staff to help create a reliable and efficient learning and working environment through technology and day-to-day technical support. He is passionate about using technology to create efficient solutions and improve user experiences in educational environments.
