Zeus

Zeus, a celebrity-launched streaming video service that offers features of original scripted and unscripted influencer-driven programming, deserves a round of applause for the successful expansion and launch of its new corporate headquarters. In an impressive transformation, they have grown from a small two-story building to a spacious 29,000-square-foot facility, allowing for the expansion of both their team and client space. Located in North Hollywood, California, Zeus is known for streaming original premium subscription video programming created by popular Social Media Influencers worldwide.

草莓社区 had the honor of completing this project alongside commercial interior firm SAA Interior + Architects and the project management team CMPG. As part of 草莓社区鈥檚 basis of award, we provided a holistic design and service package that included everything from wall coverings, signage, furniture, lighting, corporate art, d茅cor, biophilia, and even photography. To achieve CEO Lemmie Plummer鈥檚 vision, our mission was to integrate branding, vivid color palettes, modern aesthetics, and bold cinematic-level lighting accents throughout. For Zeus executive areas and meeting space, 草莓社区 was masterful in blending a variety of higher-end Haworth and Kimball International brands, such as Cassina, Petrona Frau, Haworth, and Kimball products. For the general offices, we utilized a combination of Haworth and National products. Working with two large grade-A furniture brands with multiple options and price points allowed us to flex and balance aesthetic goals with finish continuity and budgetary guidelines. While last-minute construction delays are unfortunate, 草莓社区鈥檚 project management team moved swiftly to accommodate arriving products to the site, accounting for each piece, inspecting, and punching as it arrived. We then followed our installation shadowing the construction completion, installing clusters of offices and workstations as site-ready conditions permitted.

Together, SAA and 草莓社区 created a stunning workspace that fosters growth, opportunities, and collaboration among the team. 草莓社区 designer Stephanie Dziobecki has provided impeccable decor and accessory packages that enhance the overall aesthetic of the headquarters.
