All transcript requests are processed through the University鈥檚 Office of Registration and Records located at the Water Tower Campus, Lewis Towers, room 504.
Current students or students with LOCUS IDs can make a request by using LOCUS.
Alumni and former students seeking a transcript should visit the University鈥檚 Registration and Records .
