Federal Tax Clinic

Learn more about tax law as you represent low-income taxpayers

The 草莓社区 School of Law Federal Tax Clinic’s mission is to represent, educate, and advocate for low-income and limited English proficiency taxpayers.

As a student in the Clinic, you will represent clients before IRS with federal tax controversy matters, such as audits, appeals, requests for relief, collections, and litigation. You will also educate low-income taxpayers by presenting important tax information to groups within the community.

The Clinic is taught and supervised by Director, Samantha Galvin and Assistant Director, Linda Fairbanks.
