James J. Chandler

James J. Chandler is Chief of the Special Litigation Division at the Cook County State鈥檚 Attorney鈥檚 Office. Prior to joining the CCSAO, he was Deputy Chief of the General Law Bureau at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General. He also spent his first ten years of practice in the private sector primarily in tort defense. He has extensive experience first chairing jury and bench trials as well as binding and non-binding arbitrations and mediations.
