The Anthropology Department offers a Bachelor or Arts in Anthropology, a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, an anthropology minor, as well as a combined major in sociology/anthropology leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology.

Dr. Nichols received the Adolfo Nicolas SJ Excellence in Engaged Learning and Teaching Award. Dr. Tallman received both the Mary Therese Langerbeck Award for Undergraduate Research Mentioning as well as the Kolvenbach Award for Engaged Teaching. Anthropology Majors Kara Ehler, Stella Riehl, and Grace Courter received Outstanding Undergraduate Research Awards.
